Job 9:22-24

22 “It is all one; therefore I say,
‘He ^adestroys the guiltless and the wicked.’
23 “If the whip kills suddenly,
He ^bmocks the despair of the innocent.
24 “The earth ^cis handed over to the wicked;
He ^dcovers the faces of its judges.
If it is not He, then who is it?
