47 dand my espirit rejoices in fGod my Savior,
48for ghe has looked on the humble estate of his servant.
For behold, from now on all generations hwill call me blessed;
49for ihe who is mighty jhas done great things for me,
and kholy is his name.
50And lhis mercy is for those who fear him
from generation to generation.
51 mHe has shown strength with his arm;
nhe has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts;
52 ohe has brought down the mighty from their thrones
pand exalted those of humble estate;
53he has filled qthe hungry with good things,
and the rich rhe has sent away empty.
54He has shelped this servant Israel,
uin remembrance of his mercy,
55 vas he spoke to our fathers,
wto Abraham and to his offspring forever.”
