Deuteronomy 23:1

Who may and who may not enter into the church: uncleanness to be avoided: other precepts concerning fugitives, fornication, usury, vows, and eating other men’s grapes and corn.

1“A eunuch, one whose testicles have been debilitated or cut off, or whose penis has been cut off, shall not enter into the church of the Lord.
23:1 Eunuch: By these are meant, in the spiritual sense, such as are barren in good works.(Challoner)
