Psalms 88:4-6

4 They treat me like
Heb “I am considered with.”
those who descend into the grave.

I am like a helpless man,
Heb “I am like a man [for whom] there is no help.”

5 adrift
Heb “set free.”
among the dead,
like corpses lying in the grave,
whom you remember no more,
and who are cut off from your power.
Heb “from your hand.”

6 You place me in the lowest regions of the pit,
