For when God made promise to Abraham. The promises are absolutely sure. See how God confirmed his promise to Abraham! See Ge 22:15-18. Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. The promise so confirmed to Abraham is given in these words (Ge 22:17).
