The sheep. His disciples. I will go before you into Galilee. The first announcement of the great Galilean meeting of the risen Lord with his disciples. See Mt 28:16 Joh 21:1-25 1Co 15:6. Peter answered. With his usual rashness. Thou shalt deny me thrice. The first cock crow was about twelve at night. The second about three o'clock. Before this the three-fold denial would occur. Peter and the disciples were sincere, but knew not their own weakness.
