1 John 4:1-3
Test the Spirits1Beloved a do not believe every spirit, but b test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for c many d false prophets e have gone out into the world. 2By this you know the Spirit of God: f every spirit that confesses that g Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3and every spirit h that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and i now is in the world already.
1 John 4:13-1413 j By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. 14And k we have seen and testify that l the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of m the world.
1 John 5:6
Testimony Concerning the Son of God6This is he who came n by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not by the water only but by the water and the blood. And o the Spirit is the one who testifies, because p the Spirit is the truth.
