In the
plain of the
Jordan the
king cast them, in the
clay ground between aSuccoth and
bZarethan.
▼ἐν τῷ περιοίκῳ τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἐχώνευσεν αὐτὰ ὁ βασιλεὺς ἐν τῷ πάχει τῆς γῆς ἀνὰ μέσον Σοκχωθ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον Σιρα.

בְּכִכַּר הַיַּרְדֵּן יְצָקָם הַמֶּלֶךְ בְּמַעֲבֵה הָאֲדָמָה בֵּין סֻכּוֹת וּבֵין צָרְתָֽן׃

Solomon left all the
vessels unweighed, because there were
so many of them;
dthe
weight of the
bronze was
not ascertained.
▼οὐκ ἦν σταθμὸς τοῦ χαλκοῦ, οὗ ἐποίησεν πάντα τὰ ἔργα ταῦτα, ἐκ πλήθους σφόδρα· οὐκ ἦν τέρμα τῷ σταθμῷ τοῦ χαλκοῦ.
