So the king appointed an official for her, saying, “Restore all that was hers, together with all the produce of the fields from the day that she left the land until now.”
Hazael Murders Ben-hadad7Now Elisha came to q Damascus. r Ben-hadad the king of Syria was sick. And when it was told him, “The man of God has come here,” 8the king said to s Hazael, t “Take a present with you and go to meet the man of God, u and inquire of the Lord through him, saying, ‘Shall I recover from this sickness?’”
2 Kings 23:16-1716And as Josiah turned, he saw the tombs there on the mount. And he sent and took the bones out of the tombs and burned them on the altar and defiled it, v according to the word of the Lord that the man of God proclaimed, who had predicted these things. 17Then he said, “What is that monument that I see?” And the men of the city told him, w “It is the tomb of the man of God who came from Judah and predicted ▼
