Deuteronomy 13:16

16You shall gather all its spoil into the midst of its open square and a  burn the city and all its spoil with fire, as a whole burnt offering to the  Lord your God. It shall be a b  heap forever. It shall not be built again.

Isaiah 14:23

23“And I will make it a possession of the c  hedgehog
Possibly porcupine, or owl
and pools of water, and I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” declares the  Lord of hosts.

15There will the fire devour you;
the sword will cut you off.
It will s  devour you t  like the locust.
Multiply yourselves u  like the locust;
multiply v  like the grasshopper!
