Hebrews 11:9-13

9By faith he went to live in m  the land of promise, as in a foreign land, n  living in tents o  with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. 10For he was looking forward to p  the city that has q  foundations r  whose designer and builder is God. 11By faith s  Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered t  him faithful who had promised. 12Therefore from one man, and u  him as good as dead, were born descendants v  as many as the stars of heaven and as many as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore.

13These all died in faith w  not having received the things promised, but x  having seen them and greeted them from afar, and y  having acknowledged that they were z  strangers and exiles on the earth.
