Genesis 2:5-6

5When no a  bush of the field
Or open country
was yet in the land
Or earth; also verse 6
and no small plant of the field had yet sprung up—for the  Lord God had not caused it to rain on the land, and there was no man d  to work the ground,

was going up from the land and was watering the whole face of the ground

The meaning of the Hebrew is uncertain

Hosea 14:5

5 y  I will be like the dew to Israel;
z  he shall blossom like the lily;
he shall take root like the trees aa  of Lebanon;

Zechariah 8:12

12 ab  For there shall be a sowing of peace. The vine shall give its fruit, and the ground shall give its produce ac  and the heavens shall give their dew. ad  And I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
