Isaiah 13:20-22

20 a  It will never be inhabited
or lived in for all generations;
no b  Arab will pitch his tent there;
no c  shepherds will make their flocks lie down there.
21But d  wild animals will lie down there,
and their houses will be full of howling creatures;
there e  ostriches
Or owls
will dwell,
and there wild goats will dance.
Or foxes
will cry in its towers,
and h  jackals in i  the pleasant palaces;
its time is close at hand
and its days will not be prolonged.

Isaiah 24:8

8 j  The mirth of the tambourines is stilled,
the noise of the jubilant has ceased,
the mirth of the lyre is stilled.

Jeremiah 7:34

34 k  And I will silence in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride l  for the land shall become a waste.

Revelation of John 18:22-23

22and m  the sound of harpists and musicians, of flute players and trumpeters,
will be heard in you no more,
and a craftsman of any craft
will be found in you no more,

will be heard in you no more,
23and the light of a lamp
will shine in you no more,
and o  the voice of bridegroom and bride
