1 t  Therefore, since we have been justified by faith u  we
Some manuscripts let us
have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
2Through him we have also w  obtained access by faith

Or let us; also verse 3
Or boast; also verses 3, 11
in hope of the glory of God.
3Not only that, but we ac  rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering ad  produces endurance, 4and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5and ae  hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love af  has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

6For ag  while we were still weak, at the right time ah  Christ died for the ungodly. 7For one will scarcely die for a righteous personthough perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die 8but ai  God shows his love for us in that aj  while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9Since, therefore, ak  we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from al  the wrath of God. 10For if am  while we were enemies an  we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by ao  his life.

2 Corinthians 5:19-21

19that is, in Christ God was reconciling
Or  God was in Christ, reconciling
the world to himself aq  not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us ar  the message of reconciliation.
20Therefore as  we are ambassadors for Christ at  God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 au  For our sake he made him to be sin av  who knew no sin, so that in him we might become aw  the righteousness of God.
