Matthew 21:35-41

35 a  And the tenants took his servants and beat one, killed another, and b  stoned another. 36 c  Again he sent other servants, more than the first. And they did the same to them. 37Finally he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves d  This is the heir. Come e  let us kill him and have his inheritance.’ 39And they took him and f  threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. 40 g  When therefore the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?” 41They said to him, h  “He will put those wretches to a miserable death and i  let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.”

Matthew 22:6-7

6while the rest seized his servants j  treated them shamefully, and k  killed them. 7The king was angry, and he sent his troops and l  destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

Matthew 23:31-33

31Thus you witness against yourselves that you are m  sons of those who murdered the prophets. 32 n  Fill up, then, the measure of your fathers. 33You serpents, o  you brood of vipers, how are you to escape being sentenced to p  hell?

1 Thessalonians 2:15-16

15 q  who killed both the Lord Jesus and r  the prophets, and drove us out, and displease God and s  oppose all mankind 16 t  by hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles that they might be saved—so as always u  to fill up the measure of their sins. But v  wrath has come upon them at last!
