Mark 1:7	And he preached, saying, ^ac“After me comes he who is mightier than I, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.	καὶ ἐκήρυσσεν λέγων· Ἔρχεται ὁ ἰσχυρότερός μου ὀπίσω μου, οὗ οὐκ εἰμὶ ἱκανὸς κύψας λῦσαι τὸν ἱμάντα τῶν ὑποδημάτων αὐτοῦ·

Mark 1:9	^aiIn those days Jesus ^ajcame from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. Mark 1:13	^axAnd he was in the wilderness forty days, being ^aytempted by ^azSatan. Mark 1:15	and saying, ^bh“The time is fulfilled, and ^bithe kingdom of God is at hand; ^bjrepent and believe in the gospel.”	καὶ λέγων ὅτι Πεπλήρωται ὁ καιρὸς καὶ ἤγγικεν ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ· μετανοεῖτε καὶ πιστεύετε ἐν τῷ εὐαγγελίῳ.

Mark 1:17	And Jesus said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you become ^bofishers of men.” ^{▼▼The Greek word anthropoi refers here to both men and women}	καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· Δεῦτε ὀπίσω μου, καὶ ποιήσω ὑμᾶς γενέσθαι ἁλιεῖς ἀνθρώπων.
Mark 1:18	And immediately they left their nets and followed him.	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP Treg} εὐθὺς ἀφέντες τὰ ^{▼▼ δίκτυα = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| δίκτυα αὐτῶν = RP} δίκτυα ἠκολούθησαν αὐτῷ.
Mark 1:19	And going on a little farther, he saw James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, who were in their boat mending the nets.	καὶ ^{▼▼ προβὰς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἐκεῖθεν = RP} προβὰς ὀλίγον εἶδεν Ἰάκωβον τὸν τοῦ Ζεβεδαίου καὶ Ἰωάννην τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, καὶ αὐτοὺς ἐν τῷ πλοίῳ καταρτίζοντας τὰ δίκτυα,
Mark 1:20	And immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants and followed him.	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς ἐκάλεσεν αὐτούς. καὶ ἀφέντες τὸν πατέρα αὐτῶν Ζεβεδαῖον ἐν τῷ πλοίῳ μετὰ τῶν μισθωτῶν ἀπῆλθον ὀπίσω αὐτοῦ.
Mark 1:21	^buAnd they went into Capernaum, and immediately ^bvon the Sabbath ^bwhe entered the synagogue and was teaching. Mark 1:22	And ^bzthey were astonished at his teaching, ^cafor he taught them as one who had authority, and not as the scribes.	καὶ ἐξεπλήσσοντο ἐπὶ τῇ διδαχῇ αὐτοῦ, ἦν γὰρ διδάσκων αὐτοὺς ὡς ἐξουσίαν ἔχων καὶ οὐχ ὡς οἱ γραμματεῖς.
Mark 1:23	And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out,	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH NA/NIV: \|\| [omit] = Treg RP} εὐθὺς ἦν ἐν τῇ συναγωγῇ αὐτῶν ἄνθρωπος ἐν πνεύματι ἀκαθάρτῳ καὶ ἀνέκραξεν
Mark 1:24	^cc“What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? ^cdI know who you are— ^cethe Holy One of God.”	λέγων· ^{▼▼ Τί = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Ἔα τί = RP} Τί ἡμῖν καὶ σοί, Ἰησοῦ Ναζαρηνέ; ἦλθες ἀπολέσαι ἡμᾶς; οἶδά σε τίς εἶ, ὁ ἅγιος τοῦ θεοῦ.
Mark 1:25	But Jesus ^cgrebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!”	καὶ ἐπετίμησεν αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς λέγων· Φιμώθητι καὶ ἔξελθε ἐξ αὐτοῦ.
Mark 1:26	And the unclean spirit, ^chconvulsing him and ^cicrying out with a loud voice, came out of him.	καὶ σπαράξαν αὐτὸν τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἀκάθαρτον καὶ ^{▼▼ φωνῆσαν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| κράξαν = RP} φωνῆσαν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ ἐξῆλθεν ἐξ αὐτοῦ.
Mark 1:27	And they were all ^ckamazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? ^clA new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.”	καὶ ἐθαμβήθησαν ^{▼▼ ἅπαντες = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| πάντες = RP} ἅπαντες, ὥστε συζητεῖν ^{▼▼ πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς = Treg NA/NIV RP: \|\| αὐτοὺς = WH} πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς ⸃ λέγοντας· Τί ἐστιν τοῦτο; ^{▼▼ διδαχὴ καινή = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Τίς ἡ διδαχὴ ἡ καινὴ αὕτη ὅτι = RP} διδαχὴ καινή ⸃· κατ᾽ ἐξουσίαν καὶ τοῖς πνεύμασι τοῖς ἀκαθάρτοις ἐπιτάσσει, καὶ ὑπακούουσιν αὐτῷ.

Mark 1:30	Now ^cwSimon’s mother-in-law lay ill with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.	ἡ δὲ πενθερὰ Σίμωνος κατέκειτο πυρέσσουσα, καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς λέγουσιν αὐτῷ περὶ αὐτῆς.
Mark 1:31	And he came and ^cytook her by the hand and lifted her up, and the fever left her, and she began to serve them.	καὶ προσελθὼν ἤγειρεν αὐτὴν κρατήσας τῆς ^{▼▼ χειρός = WH NA/NIV: \|\| χειρός αὐτῆς = Treg RP} χειρός· καὶ ἀφῆκεν αὐτὴν ὁ ^{▼▼ πυρετός = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| πυρετός εὐθέως = RP} πυρετός, καὶ διηκόνει αὐτοῖς.
Mark 1:32	That evening at sundown they brought to him all who were sick or ^dboppressed by demons.	Ὀψίας δὲ γενομένης, ὅτε ^{▼▼ ἔδυ = NA/NIV RP: \|\| ἔδυσεν = WH Treg} ἔδυ ὁ ἥλιος, ἔφερον πρὸς αὐτὸν πάντας τοὺς κακῶς ἔχοντας καὶ τοὺς δαιμονιζομένους·
Mark 1:33	And the whole city was gathered together at the door.	καὶ ^{▼▼ ἦν ὅλη ἡ πόλις ἐπισυνηγμένη = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἡ πόλις ὅλη ἐπισυνηγμένη ἦν = RP} ἦν ὅλη ἡ πόλις ἐπισυνηγμένη ⸃ πρὸς τὴν θύραν.
Mark 1:34	^deAnd he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. And ^dfhe would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.	καὶ ἐθεράπευσεν πολλοὺς κακῶς ἔχοντας ποικίλαις νόσοις, καὶ δαιμόνια πολλὰ ἐξέβαλεν, καὶ οὐκ ἤφιεν λαλεῖν τὰ δαιμόνια, ὅτι ᾔδεισαν ^{▼▼ αὐτόν = Treg NA/NIV RP: \|\| αὐτόν χριστὸν εἶναι = WH} αὐτόν.
Mark 1:35	^dhAnd rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and ^dithere he prayed.	Καὶ πρωῒ ἔννυχα λίαν ἀναστὰς ἐξῆλθεν καὶ ἀπῆλθεν εἰς ἔρημον τόπον κἀκεῖ προσηύχετο.
Mark 1:36	And Simon and those who were with him searched for him,	καὶ ^{▼▼ κατεδίωξεν = WH NA/NIV: \|\| κατεδίωξαν = Treg RP} κατεδίωξεν αὐτὸν ^{▼▼ Σίμων = WH NA/NIV: \|\| ὁ Σίμων = Treg RP} Σίμων καὶ οἱ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ,
Mark 1:37	and they found him and said to him, ^dl“Everyone is looking for you.”	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὗρον αὐτὸν καὶ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὑρόντες αὐτὸν = RP} εὗρον αὐτὸν καὶ ⸃ λέγουσιν αὐτῷ ὅτι Πάντες ^{▼▼ ζητοῦσίν σε = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| σε ζητοῦσιν = RP} ζητοῦσίν σε ⸃.
Mark 1:38	And he said to them, “Let us go on to the next towns, that I may preach there also, for ^dothat is why I came out.”	καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς· Ἄγωμεν ^{▼▼ ἀλλαχοῦ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| [omit] = RP} ἀλλαχοῦ εἰς τὰς ἐχομένας κωμοπόλεις, ἵνα καὶ ἐκεῖ κηρύξω, εἰς τοῦτο γὰρ ^{▼▼ ἐξῆλθον = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἐξελήλυθα = RP} ἐξῆλθον.
Mark 1:39	^drAnd ^dshe went throughout all Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and casting out demons.	καὶ ^{▼▼ ἦλθεν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἦν = RP} ἦλθεν κηρύσσων ^{▼▼ εἰς τὰς συναγωγὰς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἐν ταῖς συναγωγαῖς = RP} εἰς τὰς συναγωγὰς ⸃ αὐτῶν εἰς ὅλην τὴν Γαλιλαίαν καὶ τὰ δαιμόνια ἐκβάλλων.
Mark 1:40	^dvAnd a leper ^{▼▼Leprosy was a term for several skin diseases; see Leviticus 13} came to him, imploring him, and ^dxkneeling said to him, ^dy“If you will, you can make me clean.”	Καὶ ἔρχεται πρὸς αὐτὸν λεπρὸς παρακαλῶν αὐτὸν καὶ ^{▼▼ γονυπετῶν = WH: \|\| γονυπετῶν καὶ = NA/NIV; \|\| αὐτὸν καὶ = Treg RP} γονυπετῶν λέγων αὐτῷ ὅτι Ἐὰν θέλῃς δύνασαί με καθαρίσαι.

Mark 1:42	And immediately the leprosy left him, and he was made clean.	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εἰπόντος αὐτοῦ εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς ἀπῆλθεν ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ ἡ λέπρα, καὶ ἐκαθαρίσθη.
Mark 1:43	And ^eeJesus ^{▼▼Greek he; also verse 45} sternly charged him and sent him away at once,	καὶ ἐμβριμησάμενος αὐτῷ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς ἐξέβαλεν αὐτόν,
Mark 1:44	and said to him, ^eh“See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, ^eishow yourself to the priest and ^ejoffer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, ^ekfor a proof to them.”	καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ· Ὅρα μηδενὶ μηδὲν εἴπῃς, ἀλλὰ ὕπαγε σεαυτὸν δεῖξον τῷ ἱερεῖ καὶ προσένεγκε περὶ τοῦ καθαρισμοῦ σου ἃ προσέταξεν Μωϋσῆς εἰς μαρτύριον αὐτοῖς.

Mark 2:1	And when he returned to ^erCapernaum after some days, it was reported that he was at home. Mark 2:15	And as he reclined at table in his house, many ^gatax collectors and sinners were reclining with Jesus and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. Mark 3:9	And he told his disciples to ^jhhave a boat ready for him because of the crowd, lest they ^jicrush him,	καὶ εἶπεν τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ ἵνα πλοιάριον προσκαρτερῇ αὐτῷ διὰ τὸν ὄχλον ἵνα μὴ θλίβωσιν αὐτόν·

Mark 4:7	Other seed fell among ^mtthorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no grain.	καὶ ἄλλο ἔπεσεν εἰς τὰς ἀκάνθας, καὶ ἀνέβησαν αἱ ἄκανθαι καὶ συνέπνιξαν αὐτό, καὶ καρπὸν οὐκ ἔδωκεν.

They are those who hear the word,	καὶ ^{▼▼ ἄλλοι = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| οὗτοί = RP} ἄλλοι εἰσὶν οἱ εἰς τὰς ἀκάνθας σπειρόμενοι· ^{▼▼ οὗτοί εἰσιν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| [omit] = RP} οὗτοί εἰσιν ⸃ οἱ τὸν λόγον ^{▼▼ ἀκούσαντες = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἀκούοντες = RP} ἀκούσαντες,
Mark 4:19	but ^obthe cares of ^octhe world and ^odthe deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.	καὶ αἱ μέριμναι τοῦ ^{▼▼ αἰῶνος = WH Treg NA: \|\| αἰῶνος τούτου = RP; \|\| βίου = NIV} αἰῶνος καὶ ἡ ἀπάτη τοῦ πλούτου καὶ αἱ περὶ τὰ λοιπὰ ἐπιθυμίαι εἰσπορευόμεναι συμπνίγουσιν τὸν λόγον, καὶ ἄκαρπος γίνεται.

Mark 4:21	^ojAnd he said to them, ^ok“Is a lamp brought in to be put under a basket, or under a bed, and not on a stand? Mark 4:23	^osIf anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”	εἴ τις ἔχει ὦτα ἀκούειν ἀκουέτω.
Mark 4:24	And he said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear: ^otwith the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you.	καὶ ἔλεγεν αὐτοῖς· Βλέπετε τί ἀκούετε. ἐν ᾧ μέτρῳ μετρεῖτε μετρηθήσεται ὑμῖν καὶ προστεθήσεται ^{▼▼ ὑμῖν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ὑμῖν τοῖς ἀκούουσιν = RP} ὑμῖν.

Mark 4:30	^piAnd he said, “With what can we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable shall we use for it? Mark 4:32	yet when it is sown it grows up and becomes larger than all the garden plants and puts out large branches, so that the birds of the air can make nests in its shade.”	καὶ ὅταν σπαρῇ, ἀναβαίνει καὶ γίνεται ^{▼▼ μεῖζον πάντων τῶν λαχάνων = WH NA/NIV: \|\| μείζων πάντων τῶν λαχάνων = Treg; \|\| πάντων τῶν λαχάνων μείζων = RP} μεῖζον πάντων τῶν λαχάνων ⸃ καὶ ποιεῖ κλάδους μεγάλους, ὥστε δύνασθαι ὑπὸ τὴν σκιὰν αὐτοῦ τὰ πετεινὰ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ κατασκηνοῦν.
Mark 4:33	^prWith many such parables he spoke ^psthe word to them, ^ptas they were able to hear it.	Καὶ τοιαύταις παραβολαῖς πολλαῖς ἐλάλει αὐτοῖς τὸν λόγον, καθὼς ἠδύναντο ἀκούειν·

Mark 4:35	^pyOn that day, when evening had come, he said to them, “Let us go across to the other side.”	Καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ὀψίας γενομένης· Διέλθωμεν εἰς τὸ πέραν.

Mark 4:38	But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. Mark 4:39	And he awoke and ^qhrebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and ^qithere was a great calm.	καὶ διεγερθεὶς ἐπετίμησεν τῷ ἀνέμῳ καὶ εἶπεν τῇ θαλάσσῃ· Σιώπα, πεφίμωσο. καὶ ἐκόπασεν ὁ ἄνεμος, καὶ ἐγένετο γαλήνη μεγάλη.

Mark 5:8	For he was saying to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!”	ἔλεγεν γὰρ αὐτῷ· Ἔξελθε τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἀκάθαρτον ἐκ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου.
Mark 5:9	And Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” He replied, “My name is ^rgLegion, for we are many.”	καὶ ἐπηρώτα αὐτόν· Τί ^{▼▼ ὄνομά σοι = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| σοι ὄνομα = RP} ὄνομά σοι ⸃; καὶ ^{▼▼ λέγει αὐτῷ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἀπεκρίθη λέγων = RP} λέγει αὐτῷ ⸃· ^{▼▼ Λεγιὼν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Λεγεὼν = RP} Λεγιὼν ὄνομά μοι, ὅτι πολλοί ἐσμεν·
Mark 5:10	And he begged him earnestly not to send them out of the country.	καὶ παρεκάλει αὐτὸν πολλὰ ἵνα μὴ ^{▼▼ αὐτὰ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| αὐτοὺς = RP} αὐτὰ ἀποστείλῃ ἔξω τῆς χώρας.
Mark 5:11	Now a great herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside,	ἦν δὲ ἐκεῖ πρὸς τῷ ὄρει ἀγέλη χοίρων μεγάλη βοσκομένη·
Mark 5:12	and they begged him, saying, “Send us to the pigs; let us enter them.”	καὶ παρεκάλεσαν ^{▼▼ αὐτὸν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| αὐτὸν πάντες οἱ δαίμονες = RP} αὐτὸν λέγοντες· Πέμψον ἡμᾶς εἰς τοὺς χοίρους, ἵνα εἰς αὐτοὺς εἰσέλθωμεν.
Mark 5:13	So he gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered the pigs; and the herd, numbering about two thousand, rushed down the steep bank into the sea and drowned in the sea.	καὶ ἐπέτρεψεν ^{▼▼ αὐτοῖς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| αὐτοῖς εὐθέως ὁ Ἰησοῦς = RP} αὐτοῖς. καὶ ἐξελθόντα τὰ πνεύματα τὰ ἀκάθαρτα εἰσῆλθον εἰς τοὺς χοίρους, καὶ ὥρμησεν ἡ ἀγέλη κατὰ τοῦ κρημνοῦ εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν, ^{▼▼ ὡς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἦσαν δὲ ὡς = RP} ὡς δισχίλιοι, καὶ ἐπνίγοντο ἐν τῇ θαλάσσῃ.
Mark 5:14	The herdsmen fled and told it in the city and in the country. Mark 5:15	And they came to Jesus and saw the demon-possessed ^{▼▼Greek daimonizomai; also verses 16, 18; elsewhere rendered oppressed by demons} man, the one who had had ^rtthe legion, sitting there, ^ruclothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid.	καὶ ἔρχονται πρὸς τὸν Ἰησοῦν, καὶ θεωροῦσιν τὸν δαιμονιζόμενον ^{▼▼ καθήμενον = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| καθήμενον καὶ = RP} καθήμενον ἱματισμένον καὶ σωφρονοῦντα, τὸν ἐσχηκότα τὸν ^{▼▼ λεγιῶνα = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Λεγεῶνα = RP} λεγιῶνα, καὶ ἐφοβήθησαν.
Mark 5:16	And those who had seen it described to them what had happened to the demon-possessed man and to the pigs.	^{▼▼ καὶ διηγήσαντο = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Διηγήσαντο δὲ = RP} καὶ διηγήσαντο ⸃ αὐτοῖς οἱ ἰδόντες πῶς ἐγένετο τῷ δαιμονιζομένῳ καὶ περὶ τῶν χοίρων.
Mark 5:17	And ^rythey began to beg Jesus ^{▼▼Greek him} to depart from their region.	καὶ ἤρξαντο παρακαλεῖν αὐτὸν ἀπελθεῖν ἀπὸ τῶν ὁρίων αὐτῶν.
Mark 5:18	As he was getting into the boat, the man who had been possessed with demons begged him that he might be with him.	καὶ ^{▼▼ ἐμβαίνοντος = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἐμβάντος = RP} ἐμβαίνοντος αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ πλοῖον παρεκάλει αὐτὸν ὁ δαιμονισθεὶς ἵνα ^{▼▼ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ ᾖ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ᾖ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ = RP} μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ ᾖ ⸃.
Mark 5:19	And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and ^sctell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.”	^{▼▼ καὶ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς = RP} καὶ οὐκ ἀφῆκεν αὐτόν, ἀλλὰ λέγει αὐτῷ· Ὕπαγε εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου πρὸς τοὺς σούς, καὶ ^{▼▼ ἀπάγγειλον = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἀνάγγειλον = RP} ἀπάγγειλον αὐτοῖς ὅσα ^{▼▼ ὁ κύριός σοι = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| σοι ὁ κύριος = RP} ὁ κύριός σοι ⸃ πεποίηκεν καὶ ἠλέησέν σε.
Mark 5:20	And he went away and began to proclaim in ^sgthe Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.	καὶ ἀπῆλθεν καὶ ἤρξατο κηρύσσειν ἐν τῇ Δεκαπόλει ὅσα ἐποίησεν αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς, καὶ πάντες ἐθαύμαζον.
Mark 5:21	And when Jesus had crossed again in the boat to the other side, a great crowd gathered about him, and he was beside the sea.	Καὶ διαπεράσαντος τοῦ Ἰησοῦ ἐν τῷ πλοίῳ πάλιν εἰς τὸ πέραν συνήχθη ὄχλος πολὺς ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν, καὶ ἦν παρὰ τὴν θάλασσαν.
Mark 5:22	^shThen came one of ^sithe rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name, and seeing him, he fell at his feet	^{▼▼ καὶ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| καὶ ἰδού = RP} καὶ ἔρχεται εἷς τῶν ἀρχισυναγώγων, ὀνόματι Ἰάϊρος, καὶ ἰδὼν αὐτὸν πίπτει πρὸς τοὺς πόδας αὐτοῦ
Mark 5:23	and implored him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter is at the point of death. Come and ^sklay your hands on her, so that she may be made well and live.”	καὶ ^{▼▼ παρακαλεῖ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| παρεκάλει = RP} παρακαλεῖ αὐτὸν πολλὰ λέγων ὅτι Τὸ θυγάτριόν μου ἐσχάτως ἔχει, ἵνα ἐλθὼν ἐπιθῇς ^{▼▼ τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῇ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| αὐτῇ τὰς χεῖρας = RP} τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῇ ⸃ ^{▼▼ ἵνα = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ὅπως = RP} ἵνα σωθῇ καὶ ^{▼▼ ζήσῃ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ζήσεται = RP} ζήσῃ.
Mark 5:24	And he went with him. And a great crowd followed him and ^spthronged about him.	καὶ ἀπῆλθεν μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ. Καὶ ἠκολούθει αὐτῷ ὄχλος πολύς, καὶ συνέθλιβον αὐτόν.
Mark 5:25	And there was a woman ^sqwho had had a discharge of blood for twelve years,	καὶ ^{▼▼ γυνὴ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| γυνὴ τις = RP} γυνὴ οὖσα ἐν ῥύσει αἵματος ^{▼▼ δώδεκα ἔτη = WH NA/NIV: \|\| ἔτη δώδεκα = Treg RP} δώδεκα ἔτη ⸃
Mark 5:26	and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse.	καὶ πολλὰ παθοῦσα ὑπὸ πολλῶν ἰατρῶν καὶ δαπανήσασα τὰ παρ᾽ αὐτῆς πάντα καὶ μηδὲν ὠφεληθεῖσα ἀλλὰ μᾶλλον εἰς τὸ χεῖρον ἐλθοῦσα,
Mark 5:27	She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.	^{▼▼ ἀκούσασα = Treg NA/NIV RP: \|\| ἀκούσασα τὰ = WH} ἀκούσασα περὶ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ, ἐλθοῦσα ἐν τῷ ὄχλῳ ὄπισθεν ἥψατο τοῦ ἱματίου αὐτοῦ·
Mark 5:28	For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I will be made well.”	ἔλεγεν γὰρ ὅτι ^{▼▼ Ἐὰν ἅψωμαι κἂν … αὐτοῦ = WH NA/NIV: \|\| Κἂν … αὐτοῦ ἅψωμαι = Treg RP} Ἐὰν ἅψωμαι κἂν τῶν ἱματίων αὐτοῦ ⸃ σωθήσομαι.
Mark 5:29	^svAnd immediately the flow of blood dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her ^swdisease.	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς ἐξηράνθη ἡ πηγὴ τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῆς, καὶ ἔγνω τῷ σώματι ὅτι ἴαται ἀπὸ τῆς μάστιγος.
Mark 5:30	And Jesus, perceiving in himself that ^sypower had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?”	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἐπιγνοὺς ἐν ἑαυτῷ τὴν ἐξ αὐτοῦ δύναμιν ἐξελθοῦσαν ἐπιστραφεὶς ἐν τῷ ὄχλῳ ἔλεγεν· Τίς μου ἥψατο τῶν ἱματίων;
Mark 5:31	And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, ‘Who touched me?’”	καὶ ἔλεγον αὐτῷ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ· Βλέπεις τὸν ὄχλον συνθλίβοντά σε, καὶ λέγεις· Τίς μου ἥψατο;
Mark 5:32	And he looked around to see who had done it.	καὶ περιεβλέπετο ἰδεῖν τὴν τοῦτο ποιήσασαν.
Mark 5:33	But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth.	ἡ δὲ γυνὴ φοβηθεῖσα καὶ τρέμουσα, εἰδυῖα ὃ γέγονεν ^{▼▼ αὐτῇ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἐπ᾽ αὐτῇ = RP} αὐτῇ, ἦλθεν καὶ προσέπεσεν αὐτῷ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ πᾶσαν τὴν ἀλήθειαν.
Mark 5:34	And he said to her, “Daughter, ^tbyour faith has made you well; ^tcgo in peace, and be healed of your ^tddisease.”	ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτῇ· ^{▼▼ Θυγάτηρ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| θύγατερ = RP} Θυγάτηρ, ἡ πίστις σου σέσωκέν σε· ὕπαγε εἰς εἰρήνην, καὶ ἴσθι ὑγιὴς ἀπὸ τῆς μάστιγός σου.
Mark 5:35	While he was still speaking, there came from ^tfthe ruler’s house some who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why ^tgtrouble ^ththe Teacher any further?”	Ἔτι αὐτοῦ λαλοῦντος ἔρχονται ἀπὸ τοῦ ἀρχισυναγώγου λέγοντες ὅτι Ἡ θυγάτηρ σου ἀπέθανεν· τί ἔτι σκύλλεις τὸν διδάσκαλον;
Mark 5:36	But overhearing ^{▼▼Or ignoring; some manuscripts hearing} what they said, Jesus said to ^tjthe ruler of the synagogue, “Do not fear, only believe.”	ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς ^{▼▼ παρακούσας = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως ἀκούσας = RP} παρακούσας τὸν λόγον λαλούμενον λέγει τῷ ἀρχισυναγώγῳ· Μὴ φοβοῦ, μόνον πίστευε.
Mark 5:37	And he allowed no one to follow him except ^tlPeter and James and ^tmJohn the brother of James.	καὶ οὐκ ἀφῆκεν οὐδένα ^{▼▼ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| αὐτῷ = RP} μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ ⸃ συνακολουθῆσαι εἰ μὴ ^{▼▼ τὸν = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| [omit] = RP} τὸν Πέτρον καὶ Ἰάκωβον καὶ Ἰωάννην τὸν ἀδελφὸν Ἰακώβου.
Mark 5:38	They came to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and Jesus ^{▼▼Greek he} saw a commotion, people weeping and wailing loudly.	καὶ ^{▼▼ ἔρχονται = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἔρχεται = RP} ἔρχονται εἰς τὸν οἶκον τοῦ ἀρχισυναγώγου, καὶ θεωρεῖ θόρυβον ^{▼▼ καὶ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| [omit] = RP} καὶ κλαίοντας καὶ ἀλαλάζοντας πολλά,
Mark 5:39	And when he had entered, he said to them, ^ts“Why are you making a commotion and weeping? The child is not dead but ^ttsleeping.”	καὶ εἰσελθὼν λέγει αὐτοῖς· Τί θορυβεῖσθε καὶ κλαίετε; τὸ παιδίον οὐκ ἀπέθανεν ἀλλὰ καθεύδει.
Mark 5:40	And they laughed at him. But he ^tuput them all outside and took the child’s father and mother and those who were with him and went in where the child was.	καὶ κατεγέλων αὐτοῦ. ^{▼▼ αὐτὸς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| Ὁ = RP} αὐτὸς δὲ ἐκβαλὼν πάντας παραλαμβάνει τὸν πατέρα τοῦ παιδίου καὶ τὴν μητέρα καὶ τοὺς μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ, καὶ εἰσπορεύεται ὅπου ἦν τὸ ^{▼▼ παιδίον = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| παιδίον ἀνακείμενον = RP} παιδίον·
Mark 5:41	^txTaking her by the hand he said to her, “Talitha cumi,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, ^tyarise.”	καὶ κρατήσας τῆς χειρὸς τοῦ παιδίου λέγει αὐτῇ· Ταλιθα ^{▼▼ κουμ = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| κοῦμι = RP} κουμ, ὅ ἐστιν μεθερμηνευόμενον· Τὸ κοράσιον, σοὶ λέγω, ^{▼▼ ἔγειρε = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| ἔγειραι = RP} ἔγειρε.
Mark 5:42	And immediately the girl got up and began walking (for she was twelve years of age), and they were immediately overcome with amazement.	καὶ ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| εὐθέως = RP} εὐθὺς ἀνέστη τὸ κοράσιον καὶ περιεπάτει, ἦν γὰρ ἐτῶν δώδεκα. καὶ ἐξέστησαν ^{▼▼ εὐθὺς = WH Treg NA/NIV: \|\| [omit] = RP} εὐθὺς ἐκστάσει μεγάλῃ.
Mark 5:43	And ^udhe strictly charged them that no one should know this, and told them to give her something to eat.	καὶ διεστείλατο αὐτοῖς πολλὰ ἵνα μηδεὶς γνοῖ τοῦτο, καὶ εἶπεν δοθῆναι αὐτῇ φαγεῖν.
