Ephesians 1

To the saints who are in Ephesus, and care faithful

Spiritual Blessings in Christ

3 fBlessed be gthe God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing hin the heavenly places, 4 ieven as he jchose us in him kbefore the foundation of the world, that we should be lholy and blameless before him. In love 5 mhe predestined us

Thanksgiving and Prayer

15For this reason asbecause I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love

16I audo not cease to give thanks for you, avremembering you in my prayers, 17that awthe God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory axmay give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, 18 ayhaving the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is azthe hope to which he has called you, what are bathe riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe bbaccording to the working of bchis great might 20that he worked in Christ bdwhen he raised him from the dead and beseated him at his right hand bfin the heavenly places, 21 bgfar above bhall rule and authority and power and dominion, and above bievery name that is named, not only in bjthis age but also in the one to come. 22And bkhe put all things under his feet and gave him as blhead over all things to the church, 23 bmwhich is his body bnthe fullness of him bowho fills bpall in all.
