A city set on a ^{▼▼Or mountain}hill cannot be hidden; 15 ^cnor do people light a lamp and put it under a ^{▼▼Lit peck-measure}basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Your light must shine before people in such a way that they may ^esee your good works, and ^fglorify your Father who is in heaven.
