And throw their ropes away from us!”
4 He who ▼

sits in the heavens jlaughs, The Lord kscoffs at them.
5 Then He will speak to them in His langer
And mterrify them in His fury, saying,
6 “But as for Me, I have installed nMy King
Upon Zion, oMy holy mountain.”
7 “I will announce the ▼
▼Or decree: The Lord said to Me
decree of the Lord: He said to Me, ‘You are qMy Son,
Today I have fathered You.
8 ‘Ask it of Me, and rI will certainly give sthe ▼

9 ‘You shall ▼
