1 Be gracious to me, God, be gracious to me,For my soul dtakes refuge in You;
And in the eshadow of Your wings I will take refuge
Until destruction fpasses by.
2 I will cry to God Most High,
To God who gaccomplishes all things for me.
3 He will hsend from heaven and save me;

lfavor and His truth.4 My soul is among mlions;
I must lie among those who devour,
Among sons of mankind whose nteeth are spears and arrows,

6 They have prepared a qnet for my steps;
My soul is rbowed down;
They sdug a pit before me;
