Prayer for Victory over Enemies.

1 May the  Lord answer you a  in the day of trouble!
May the b  name of the c  God of Jacob set you securely on high!
2May He send you help d  from the sanctuary
And e  support you from Zion!
3May He f  remember all your meal offerings
And g  find your burnt offering

Selah may mean: Pause, Crescendo or Musical interlude

4May He grant you your j  heart’s desire
And k  fulfill all your
Or purpose
Or Let us sing
We will n  sing for joy over your
Or salvation
And in the name of our God we will p  set up our banners.
May the  Lord q  fulfill all your petitions.

6Now r  I know that the  Lord saves His anointed;
He will s  answer him from His holy heaven
With the
Or mighty deeds of the victory of His right hand
u  saving strength of His right hand.
Or praise chariots, or trust, or are strong through
boast in chariots and some in w  horses,
But x  we
Lit make mention of; or praise the name
will boast in the name of the  Lord, our God.
8They have z  bowed down and fallen,
But we have aa  risen and stood upright.
Or O  Lord , save the king; answer us
ac  Save, O  Lord;
May the ad  King answer us in the day we call.
