And the earth, to judge His people:
5“Gather My j godly ones to Me,
Those who have made a k covenant with Me by l sacrifice.”
6And the m heavens declare His righteousness,

“What right have you to tell of My statutes
And to take ag My covenant in your mouth?
17“For you ah hate discipline,
And you ai cast My words behind you.
