Psalms 95

Praise to the  Lord, and Warning against Unbelief.

1O come, let us a  sing for joy to the  Lord,
Let us shout joyfully to b  the rock of our salvation.
2Let us c  come before His presence d  with
Or a song of thanksgiving
Let us shout joyfully to Him f  with
Or songs (with instrumental accompaniment)
3For the  Lord is a h  great God
And a great King i  above all gods,
4In whose hand are the j  depths of the earth,
The peaks of the mountains are His also.
Lit Who has the sea
The sea is His, for it was He l  who made it,
And His hands formed the dry land.

6Come, let us m  worship and bow down,
Let us n  kneel before the  Lord our o  Maker.
7For He is our God,
And p  we are the people of His
Lit pasturing
r  pasture and the sheep of His hand.
s  Today
Or O that you would obey
if you would hear His voice,
8Do not harden your hearts, as at
Or place of strife
v  Meribah,
As in the day of
Or temptation
x  Massah in the wilderness,
9When your fathers y  tested Me,
They tried Me, though they had seen My work.
10“For z  forty years I loathed that generation,
And said they are a people who err in their heart,
And they do not know My ways.
11Therefore I aa  swore in My anger,
Truly they shall not enter into My ab  rest.”
