Ephesians 4:8-11

8Therefore it says,

r“When he ascended on high she led a host of captives,
and he gave gifts to men.”
The Greek word anthropoi can refer to both men and women

9( uIn saying, “He ascended,” what does it mean but that he had also descended into vthe lower regions, the earth?
Or  the lower parts of the earth?
10He who descended is the one who also xascended yfar above all the heavens, that he might zfill all things.) 11And aahe gave the abapostles, the prophets, the acevangelists, the adshepherds
Or pastors
and teachers,
Or  the shepherd-teachers
