1 Corinthians 15:22-23

1 Thessalonians 4:14-15

14For dsince we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him ethose who have fallen asleep. 15For this we declare to you fby a word from the Lord,
Or  by the word of the Lord
that hwe who are alive, who are left until ithe coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.

Revelation of John 20:5-6

5The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. 6 jBlessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such kthe second death has no power, but they will be lpriests of God and of Christ, and they mwill reign with him for a thousand years.

12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and nbooks were opened. Then another book was opened, which is othe book of life. And pthe dead were judged by what was written in the books, qaccording to what they had done.
