1 Corinthians 15:53-56

53For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and ethis mortal body must put on immortality. 54When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written:

fDeath is swallowed up in victory.”

Judgment Before the Great White Throne

11Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence rearth and sky fled away, and sno place was found for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and tbooks were opened. Then another book was opened, which is uthe book of life. And vthe dead were judged by what was written in the books, waccording to what they had done. 13And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, xDeath and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, yaccording to what they had done. 14Then zDeath and Hades aawere thrown into the lake of fire. This is abthe second death, the lake of fire. 15And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, ache was thrown into the lake of fire.
