1 Corinthians 4:19-21

19 But ^aI will come to you soon, if the Lord wills, and I will find out not the talk of these arrogant people but their power. 20 For ^bthe kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power. 21 What do you wish? ^cShall I come to you with a rod, or with love in a spirit of gentleness?

2 Corinthians 12:20

20 For I fear that perhaps ^dwhen I come I may find you not as I wish, and that you may find me not as you wish—that perhaps there may be quarreling, jealousy, anger, hostility, slander, gossip, conceit, and disorder.
