16 For how do you know, wife, ^awhether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?

16 ^bKeep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save ^cboth yourself and ^dyour hearers.

20 let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering ^ewill save his soul from death and ^fwill cover a multitude of sins.
