1 John 2:4-6

4 Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments ^ais a liar, and ^bthe truth is not in him, 5 but whoever ^ckeeps his word, in him truly ^dthe love of God is perfected. ^eBy this we may know that we are in him: 6 whoever says he ^fabides in him ^gought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

1 John 3:14

14 We know that ^hwe have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love abides in death.
