1 Kings 18:1

Elijah Confronts Ahab

1 fAfter many days the word of the Lord came to Elijah, in the third year, saying, “Go, show yourself to Ahab, and I will send rain upon the earth.”

1 Kings 18:36-39

36And at the time of gthe offering of the oblation, Elijah the prophet came near and said, “O Lord, hGod of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that iyou are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that jI have done all these things at your word. 37Answer me, O Lord, answer me, that this people may know that you, O Lord, are God, and that you have turned their hearts back.” 38 kThen the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. 39And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, l“The Lord, he is God; the Lord, he is God.”

2 Kings 2:21

21Then he went to the spring of water and pthrew salt in it and said, “Thus says the Lord, I have healed this water; from now on neither death nor miscarriage shall come from it.”

2 Kings 3:15-20

15But now qbring me a musician.” And when the musician played, rthe hand of the Lord came upon him. 16And he said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘I will make this dry streambed full of pools.’ 17For thus says the Lord, ‘You shall not see wind or rain, but that streambed shall be filled with water, so that you shall drink, you, your livestock, and your animals.’ 18This is a light thing in the sight of the Lord. He will also give the Moabites into your hand, 19and you shall attack every fortified city and every choice city, and shall fell every good tree and stop up all springs of water sand ruin every good piece of land with stones.” 20The next morning, about the time of toffering the sacrifice, behold, water came from the direction of Edom, till the country was filled with water.

2 Kings 4:1-7

Elisha and the Widow’s Oil

1Now the wife of one of the usons of the prophets cried to Elisha, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared the Lord, vbut the creditor has come to take my two children to be his slaves.” 2And Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me; what have you in the house?” And she said, “Your servant has nothing in the house except a jar of oil.” 3Then he said, “Go outside, borrow vessels from all your neighbors, empty vessels and not too few. 4Then go in and shut the door behind yourself and your sons and pour into all these vessels. And when one is full, set it aside.” 5So she went from him and shut the door behind herself and her sons. And as she poured they brought the vessels to her. 6When the vessels were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.” And he said to her, “There is not another.” Then the oil stopped flowing. 7She came and told the wman of God, and he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debts, and you and your sons can live on the rest.”

2 Kings 4:33-37

33So he went in and xshut the door behind the two of them yand prayed to the Lord. 34Then he went up and lay on the child, putting his mouth on his mouth, his eyes on his eyes, and his hands on his hands. And as zhe stretched himself upon him, the flesh of the child became warm. 35Then he got up again and walked once back and forth in the house, and went up aaand stretched himself upon him. The child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes. 36Then he summoned Gehazi and said, “Call this Shunammite.” So he called her. And when she came to him, he said, “Pick up your son.” 37She came and fell at his feet, bowing to the ground. abThen she picked up her son and went out.

2 Kings 4:41

41He said, “Then bring flour.” acAnd he threw it into the pot and said, “Pour some out for the men, that they may eat.” And there was no harm in the pot.
