Ahab Defeats Ben-hadad

13 And behold, a prophet came near to Ahab king of Israel and said, “Thus says the Lord, Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, ^aI will give it into your hand this day, ^band you shall know that I am the Lord.”

1 Kings 20:28

28 And a ^cman of God came near and said to the king of Israel, “Thus says the Lord, ‘Because the Syrians have said, ^d“The Lord is a god of the hills but he is not a god of the valleys,” therefore ^eI will give all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

2 Kings 3:17-19

17 For thus says the Lord, ‘You shall not see wind or rain, but that streambed shall be filled with water, so that you shall drink, you, your livestock, and your animals.’ 18 This is a light thing in the sight of the Lord. He will also give the Moabites into your hand, 19 and you shall attack every fortified city and every choice city, and shall fell every good tree and stop up all springs of water ^fand ruin every good piece of land with stones.”
