1 Kings 21:10-13

10And set two aworthless men opposite him, and let them bring a charge against him, saying, b‘You have cursed

God and the king.’ Then take him out and stone him to death.”
11And the men of his city, dthe elders and the leaders who lived in his city, did as Jezebel had sent word to them. As it was written in the letters that she had sent to them, 12 ethey proclaimed a fast and set Naboth at the head of the people. 13And the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him. And the worthless men brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying, “Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.

Psalms 35:11

Or Violent
witnesses rise up;
they ask me of things that I do not know.

Jeremiah 20:10

Jeremiah 37:13-15

Luke 20:20-25

Greek  and do not receive a face
but truly teach akthe way of God.
22Is it lawful for us to give altribute to amCaesar, or not?” 23But he perceived their ancraftiness, and said to them, 24Show me aoa denarius.
A  denarius was a day’s wage for a laborer
Whose likeness and inscription does it have?”
They said, “Caesar’s.”
25He said to them, Then aqrender to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”
