1 Kings 22:6

6Then the king of Israel agathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, “Shall I go to battle against Ramoth-gilead, or shall I refrain?” And they said, “Go up, for the Lord will give it into the hand of the king.”

Jeremiah 6:13-14

13 bFor from the least to the greatest of them,
everyone cis greedy for unjust gain;
and from dprophet to priest,
everyone deals falsely.
14They have healed the wound of my people lightly,
saying, ePeace, peace,’
fwhen there is no peace.

Jeremiah 23:17

Micah 3:5

5 Thus says the Lord concerning mthe prophets
who lead my people astray,

when they have something to eat,
but declare war against him
who puts nothing into their mouths.

Micah 3:11

11 oIts heads give judgment for a bribe;
pits priests teach for a price;
qits prophets practice divination for money;
ryet they lean on the Lord and ssay,
“Is not the Lord in the midst of us?
tNo disaster shall come upon us.”

Romans 16:18

18For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but utheir own appetites,
Greek  their own belly
and wby smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive.

Philippians 3:19

19 xTheir end is destruction, ytheir god is their belly, and zthey glory in their shame, with aaminds set on earthly things.
