1 Kings 8:35-36

35 a“When heaven is shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against you, if they pray toward this place and acknowledge your name and turn from their sin, when you afflict them, 36then hear in heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel, when byou teach them cthe good way in which they should walk, and grant rain upon your land, which you have given to your people as an inheritance.

Psalms 25:4-5

4 dMake me to know your ways, O Lord;
teach me your paths.
5Lead me in your etruth and teach me,
for you are the God of my salvation;
for you I wait all the day long.

Psalms 25:8

8 fGood and upright is the Lord;
