1 Peter 5:5-12

5Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. aClothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for bGod opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

6 cHumble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 dcasting all your anxieties on him, because ehe cares for you. 8 fBe sober-minded; gbe watchful. Your hadversary the devil iprowls around jlike a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 kResist him, lfirm in your faith, knowing that mthe same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. 10And nafter you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, owho has called you to his peternal glory in Christ, will himself qrestore, rconfirm, strengthen, and establish you. 11 sTo him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
