1 Samuel 11:14-15

14 Then Samuel said to the people, “Come, let us go to Gilgal and there renew the kingdom.” 15 So all the people went to ^aGilgal, and there they made Saul king ^bbefore the Lord in Gilgal. There ^cthey sacrificed peace offerings before the Lord, and there Saul and all the men of Israel rejoiced greatly.

20 Then David said to all the assembly, ^p“Bless the Lord your God.” And all the assembly blessed the Lord, the God of their fathers, ^qand bowed their heads and paid homage to the Lord and to the king. 21 And they offered sacrifices to the Lord, and on the next day offered burnt offerings to the Lord, 1,000 bulls, 1,000 rams, and 1,000 lambs, with their ^rdrink offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel.
