26And Samuel said to Saul, “I will not return with you. aFor you have rejected the word of the Lord, band the Lord has rejected you from being king over Israel.”

1 Samuel 28:18

18 cBecause you did not obey the voice of the Lord and did not carry out his fierce wrath against Amalek, therefore the Lord has done this thing to you this day.

1 Kings 13:20-22

20And as they sat at the table, the word of the Lord came to the prophet who had brought him back. 21And he cried to the man of God who came from Judah, “Thus says the Lord, ‘Because you have disobeyed the word of the Lord and have not kept the command that the Lord your God commanded you, 22but have come back and have eaten bread and drunk water in the place of which he said to you, “Eat no bread and drink no water,” your body shall not come to the tomb of your fathers.’”

1 Kings 14:10-11

10therefore behold, I will bring harm upon the house of Jeroboam and dwill cut off from Jeroboam every male, eboth bond and free in Israel, and fwill burn up the house of Jeroboam, as a man burns up dung until it is all gone. 11 gAnyone belonging to Jeroboam who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat, for the Lord has spoken it.”’

1 Kings 20:42

42And he said to him, “Thus says the Lord, ‘Because you have let go out of your hand the man whom I had devoted to destruction,
That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
therefore iyour life shall be for his life, and your people for his people.’”

1 Kings 21:18-24

18Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who is in jSamaria; behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, where he has gone to take possession. 19And you shall say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord, “Have you killed and also taken possession?”’ And you shall say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord: k“In the place where dogs licked up the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick your own blood.”’”

20Ahab said to Elijah, l“Have you found me, O my enemy?” He answered, “I have found you, because myou have sold yourself to do what is evil in the sight of the Lord. 21Behold, I will bring disaster upon you. I will utterly burn you up, and nwill cut off from Ahab every male, bond or free, in Israel. 22And I will make your house like othe house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like pthe house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the anger to which you have provoked me, and because you qhave made Israel to sin. 23And of Jezebel the Lord also said, r‘The dogs shall eat Jezebel within sthe walls of Jezreel.’ 24 tAnyone belonging to Ahab who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone of his who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat.”

1 Kings 22:8

8And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of the Lord, Micaiah the son of Imlah, but I hate him, for he never prophesies good concerning me, but evil.” And Jehoshaphat said, “Let not the king say so.”
