Go out.” So they went out and struck in the city. 8 And while they were striking, and I was left alone, ^jI fell upon my face, and cried, ^k“Ah, Lord God! ^lWill you destroy all the remnant of Israel ^min the outpouring of your wrath on Jerusalem?”

Ezekiel 10:2

2 And he said to ⁿthe man clothed in linen, “Go in among ^othe whirling wheels underneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with ^pburning coals from between the cherubim, and ^qscatter them over the city.”

Matthew 13:41-42

41 ^sThe Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all ^tcauses of sin and ^uall law-breakers, 42 ^vand throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place ^wthere will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

for you brought these judgments.

8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was allowed to scorch people ^axwith fire. 9 They were scorched by the fierce heat, and ^aythey cursed ^{▼▼Greek blasphemed; also verses 11, 21} the name of God who had power over these plagues. ^baThey did not repent ^bband give him glory.

10 The fifth angel poured out his bowl on ^bcthe throne of the beast, and ^bdits kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in anguish 11 and cursed ^bethe God of heaven for their pain and ^bfsores. ^bgThey did not repent of their deeds.

12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on ^bhthe great river Euphrates, and ^biits water was dried up, ^bjto prepare the way for the kings ^bkfrom the east.

17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into ^blthe air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, ^bm“It is done!”
