1 Samuel 17:17-18

An  ephah was about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters
of this parched grain, and these ten loaves, and carry them quickly to the camp to your brothers.
18 bAlso take these ten cheeses to the commander of their thousand. cSee if your brothers are well, and bring some token from them.”

1 Samuel 25:18

18Then Abigail made haste and took two hundred loaves and two skins of wine and five sheep already prepared and five seahs
A  seah was about 7 quarts or 7.3 liters
of parched grain and a hundred clusters of raisins and two hundred cakes of figs, and laid them on donkeys.

2 Samuel 17:27-29

27When David came to Mahanaim, eShobi the son of Nahash from fRabbah of the Ammonites, and gMachir the son of Ammiel from Lo-debar, and hBarzillai the Gileadite from Rogelim, 28brought beds, basins, and earthen vessels, wheat, barley, flour, parched grain, beans and lentils,
