Job 1:1

Job’s Character and Wealth

1There was a man in the land of fUz whose name was gJob, and that man was hblameless and upright, one who ifeared God and jturned away from evil.

Job 1:8

8And the Lord said to Satan, “Have you kconsidered my lservant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, ma blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?”

Job 2:3

3And the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still nholds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to destroy him owithout reason.”

Job 7:20-21

20If I sin, what do I do to you, you watcher of mankind?
Why have you made me pyour mark?
Why have I become a burden to you?
21Why do you not pardon my transgression
and take away my iniquity?
For now I shall lie in qthe earth;
you will rseek me, sbut I shall not be.”

Job 9:2

23How many are my iniquities and my sins?
uMake me know my transgression and my sin.

26For you vwrite bitter things against me
and make me inherit wthe iniquities of my youth.

Psalms 35:7

without cause they dug za pit for my life.
The word  pit is transposed from the preceding line; Hebrew  For without cause they hid the pit of their net for me; without cause they dug for my life
