1 Samuel 22:17-19

17And the king said to athe guard who stood about him, “Turn and kill the priests of the Lord, because their hand also is with David, and they knew that he fled and did not disclose it to me.” But the servants of the king would not put out their hand to strike the priests of the Lord. 18Then the king said to Doeg, “You turn and strike the priests.” And Doeg the Edomite turned and struck down the priests, band he killed on that day eighty-five persons who wore the linen ephod. 19And Nob, the city of the priests, he put to the sword; cboth man and woman, child and infant, ox, donkey and sheep, he put to the sword.

2 Samuel 3:27

27And when Abner returned to Hebron, Joab took him aside into the midst of the gate to speak with him privately, dand there he struck him ein the stomach, so that he died, for the blood of Asahel his brother.

2 Samuel 11:21

21 fWho killed Abimelech the son of Jerubbesheth? Did not a woman cast an upper millstone on him from the wall, so that he died at Thebez? Why did you go so near the wall?’ then you shall say, ‘Your servant Uriah the Hittite is dead also.’”

2 Samuel 20:9-10

9And Joab said to Amasa, “Is it well with you, my brother?” And Joab took Amasa by the beard with his right hand gto kiss him. 10But Amasa did not observe the sword that was in Joab’s hand. hSo Joab struck him with it iin the stomach and spilled his entrails to the ground without striking a second blow, and he died.

1 Kings 2:31-34

31The king replied to him, pDo as he has said, strike him down and bury him, qand thus take away from me and from my father’s house the guilt for the blood that Joab shed without cause. 32The Lord will rbring back his bloody deeds on his own head, because, without the knowledge of my father David, he attacked and killed with the sword two men smore righteous and better than himself, tAbner the son of Ner, commander of the army of Israel, and uAmasa the son of Jether, commander of the army of Judah. 33 vSo shall their blood come back on the head of Joab and on the head of his descendants forever. But for David and for his descendants and for his house and for his throne there shall be peace from the Lord forevermore.” 34Then Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up and struck him down and put him to death. And he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.

1 Kings 21:12-14

12 wthey proclaimed a fast and set Naboth at the head of the people. 13And the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him. And the worthless men brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying, “Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones. 14Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, “Naboth has been stoned; he is dead.”
