1 Samuel 25:36-38

36And Abigail came to Nabal, and behold, ahe was holding a feast in his house, like the feast of a king. And Nabal’s heart bwas merry within him, for he was very drunk. So she told him nothing cat all until the morning light. 37In the morning, when the wine had gone out of Nabal, his wife told him these things, and his heart died within him, and he became as a stone. 38And about ten days later dthe Lord struck Nabal, and he died.

2 Samuel 13:28-29

28Then Absalom commanded his servants, “Mark when Amnon’s eheart is merry with wine, and when I say to you, ‘Strike Amnon,’ then kill him. Do not fear; have I not commanded you? Be courageous and be valiant.” 29So the servants of Absalom did to Amnon as Absalom had commanded. Then all the king’s sons arose, and each mounted his mule and fled.
