1 Samuel 25:37-39

37In the morning, when the wine had gone out of Nabal, his wife told him these things, and his heart died within him, and he became as a stone. 38And about ten days later athe Lord struck Nabal, and he died.

39When David heard that Nabal was dead, he said, bBlessed be the Lord who has cavenged the insult I received at the hand of Nabal, dand has kept back his servant from wrongdoing. eThe Lord has returned the evil of Nabal on his own head.” Then David sent and fspoke to Abigail, to take her as his wife.

1 Samuel 26:10

10And David said, g“As the Lord lives, hthe Lord will strike him, or ihis day will come to die, jor he will go down into battle and perish.

Isaiah 10:16-19

16Therefore the Lord God of hosts
will send wasting sickness among his kstout warriors,
and under his glory la burning will be kindled,
like the burning of fire.
17 mThe light of Israel will become a fire,
and nhis Holy One a flame,
and oit will burn and devour
his thorns and briers pin one day.

19The remnant of the trees of his forest will be so few
that a child can write them down.

Isaiah 30:30-33

30And the Lord swill cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger tand a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst uand storm and hailstones. 31The Assyrians will be terror-stricken at the voice of the Lord, vwhen he strikes with his rod. 32And every stroke of the appointed staff that the Lord lays on them wwill be to the sound of tambourines and lyres. xBattling with brandished arm, he will fight with them. 33For ya burning place

Daniel 2:34

Daniel 2:44-45

44And in the days of those kings aethe God of heaven will set up afa kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. agIt shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and ahit shall stand forever, 45just as aiyou saw that aja stone was cut from a mountain by no human hand, and that akit broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold. A algreat God has made known to the king what shall be after this. The dream is certain, and its interpretation sure.”
