2 Chronicles 30:8

8 eDo not now be stiff-necked as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the Lord and come to his sanctuary, which he has consecrated forever, and serve the Lord your God, fthat his fierce anger may turn away from you.

2 Chronicles 33:12-13

12And when he was in distress, he entreated the favor of the Lord his God gand humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers. 13He prayed to him, and hGod was moved by his entreaty and heard his plea and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. iThen Manasseh knew that the Lord was God.

Job 1:21

21And he said, jNaked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I kreturn. The Lord lgave, and the Lord has taken away; mblessed be the name of the Lord.”
