The Death of Saul

1 ^aNow the Philistines were fighting against Israel, and the men of Israel fled before the Philistines and fell slain ^bon Mount Gilboa.

1 Chronicles 10:7

7 And when all the men of Israel who were in the valley saw that the army ^{▼▼Hebrew they} had fled and that Saul and his sons were dead, they abandoned their cities and fled, and the Philistines came and lived in them.

Isaiah 37:4
