1 Samuel 5:3-4

3And when the people of Ashdod rose early the next day, behold, aDagon had fallen face downward on the ground before the ark of the Lord. So they took Dagon and put him back in his place. 4But when they rose early on the next morning, behold, Dagon had fallen face downward on the ground before the ark of the Lord, band the head of Dagon and both his hands were lying cut off on the threshold. Only the trunk of Dagon was left to him.

Isaiah 41:7

7 cThe craftsman strengthens the goldsmith,
and he who smooths with the hammer him who strikes the anvil,
saying of the soldering, “It is good”;
and they strengthen it with nails dso that it cannot be moved.

Isaiah 46:7

7 eThey lift it to their shoulders, they carry it,
they set it in its place, and it stands there;
fit cannot move from its place.
If one cries to it, it does not answer
or save him from his trouble.
