2 Thessalonians 1:4

4Therefore ewe ourselves boast about you fin the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith gin all your persecutions and in the afflictions that you are enduring.

Patience in Suffering

until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives wthe early and the late rains.
8You also, be patient. xEstablish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord yis at hand. 9Do not grumble against one another, brothers, zso that you may not be judged; behold, aathe Judge is standing abat the door. 10As an example of suffering and patience, brothers, take acthe prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.
