1 Thessalonians 1:9-10

9 For they themselves report concerning us the kind of ^areception we had among you, and how ^byou turned to God ^cfrom idols to serve the living and ^dtrue God, 10 and ^eto wait for his Son ^ffrom heaven, ^gwhom he raised from the dead, Jesus ^hwho delivers us from ⁱthe wrath to come.

Revelation of John 21:3-4

3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, ^jthe dwelling place ^{▼▼Or tabernacle} of God is with man. He will ^ldwell with them, and they will be his people, ^{▼▼Some manuscripts peoples} and God himself will be with them as their God. ^{▼▼Some manuscripts omit as their God} 4 ^oHe will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and ^pdeath shall be no more, ^qneither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
