15 The saying is ^atrustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus ^bcame into the world to save sinners, ^cof whom I am the foremost. 16 But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.

Hebrews 7:25

25 Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost ^{▼▼That is, completely; or at all times} ^ethose who draw near to God ^fthrough him, since he always lives ^gto make intercession for them.
