1 Timothy 6:3-5

3 If anyone ^ateaches a different doctrine and does not agree with ^bthe sound ^{▼▼Or healthy} words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching ^dthat accords with godliness, 4 ^ehe is puffed up with conceit and ^funderstands nothing. He has an unhealthy craving for ^gcontroversy and for ^hquarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, evil suspicions, 5 and constant friction among people ⁱwho are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, ^jimagining that godliness is a means of gain.

Hebrews 12:14

14 ^kStrive for peace with everyone, and for the ^lholiness ^mwithout which no one will see the Lord.

James 1:20

20 for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

James 3:14-18
